Tough Times, Great People & Even Better Solutions.
Knowing that even tough times pass, but good people are constant.
Client, Vendor, and Employee Partners
I know we have all received a barrage of Covid-19 related communications these past weeks and felt compelled to draft a note on Conveyco’s response but struggled as to the content. Honestly, I had difficulty making it through the end of the numerous communications I have read, and I didn’t want to send a communication that didn’t add value.
If we are all candid, what we are experiencing is a global event that came out of nowhere and the uncertainty has crippled the world as we adjust to the “new normal” required to fight this epidemic. The loss of life globally is heart wrenching and simply there aren’t enough sufficient words to express our heartfelt condolences to those effected.
As massive as this pandemic is we see an even greater power in the human spirit that has risen to combat Covid. We have seen the best in individuals, organizations, and most importantly those serving on the front lines. From individuals making masks for front line responders in their homes, restaurants making food and delivering meals to Hospital workers, and many other selfless acts including our Heroes who are on the front lines.
At this time while we cannot control the events of the world, we can only control our reaction to them.
Safety First:
We have worked with our partners to address the current crisis with an eye towards safety and consideration towards each client’s unique needs.
Some sites needed to be rapidly demobilized. In each of these situations we have accommodated the client requirements to shift to a remote testing environment or to pause system realization efforts when necessary until safe and mutually agreeable to return.
Conveyco will remain the nimble and responsive partner we have been for over 40 years as we help our partners (both internal and external) navigate through these times.
How We Can Help our Communities:
It is our mission to serve the communities in which we live and work. Our neighbors need our help and we must answer this calling.
Our clients throughout the country have been severely impacted by the Virus: conversations with client partners regardless of location all share the same common message: People are hurting, and they are going to need our help. Conveyco’s local community of Central Connecticut has already been impacted by this crisis and our local community organizations will need our help to provide for families who will need a helping hand.
Conveyco is pledging a percentage of all system sales received to aid local foodbanks meet the need of our most vulnerable during this crisis.
We will not meet you on the other side of this Pandemic but instead be present in the journey and lead when the opportunity presents itself.
Good People. Great Solutions. Not just in good times. But in all times.
