Building pallets has never been easier. LED lights guide operators exactly where to place each case and corrects them if they place a case incorrectly. Likewise, the software automatically optimizes the pallet build based on weight, fragility and size. Users have the ability to keep cases bottom down or allow the system to build pallets based on pure cube for even higher efficiencies.
The Intelli-Stacker system is comprised of cube optimization software, two lasers and cameras mounted above the pallet, visualization screen for operators to aid speedy pallet builds. The laser and camera positions can be used in workstations, AMRs, Forklift, and tuggers based on your organization’s requirements.
