Conveyco’s new 32K high speed dual lane shoe sorter integrates high speed sortation and flexibility to adapt to today’s rapid pace.

Rapid deployment of the 32K high speed dual lane shoe sorter is achieved because of it’s modular design and made in the USA. It utilizes factory-built sections with integrated pre-wired controls for rapid deployment, assembly, and service. The system’s flexibility makes it perfect for future expansion, modifications and moving depending on an organization’s always changing operational requirements.

High Speed Dual Lane Shoe Sorter Flexibility

The sorter is ideal for sorting poly bags, envelopes, jiffy packs, small parcels, boxes and more. A wide array of chute designs is available to accommodate gaylords, bins, bags, totes, and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

The cost-effective dual shoe sorter’s semi-automated induction system (patent pending) provides up to 16,000 items/hour/station. Each system can have up to two induction stations and up to two operators per station. The bulk hopper can be fed directly from existing bulk lines, with mechanical upenders, or tilters. The number of induction stations and their location is very flexible to meet the application and facility’s requirements.

Because of the dual lane shoe sorter’s high speed, dual conveyor, integrated induction and high-density chute angle, organizations can save a considerable amount of valuable floor space when compared to other sortation systems.

Operation: the conveyor’s shoes are attached to one side of the slats while diverts will be on the opposite side. As products are carried along the conveyor path toward their specified divert, multiple shoes will gently divert the product in a diagonal direction from the slat conveyor onto the divert lane. The diagonal motion of multiple shoes is used to avoid damaging the product.
